SHIPPING POLICY

 Shipping Times (please read below for processing times and cut offs)

***USPS and UPS are experiencing unprecedented delays due to covid-19. We cannot guarantee USPS and UPS package delivery transit times at this moment INCLUDING EXPRESS AND AIR. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • USPS Priority: estimated 2-3 business days 

  • USPS Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed orders before 12:30 pm est time)

  • USPS International: estimated 10-15 business days 

  • UPS Ground: estimated 1-5 business days 

  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (guaranteed orders before 12:30 pm est time m-f)

  • packages that are delayed due to bad weather cannot be guaranteed

 

 

  USPS Priority 

  • Packages are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered.   

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. 

  • USPS Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. 

  • Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency ad does not deliver or operate on national holidays. 

 

  USPS Express 

  • Shipping is the only guaranteed service USPS provides. 

  • USPS Express orders take 1-2 business days to be delivered. 

  • Orders must be placed BEFORE our cut-off time which is 12:30 pm Est time. 

  • If you place your order after 12:30 pm Est time, your order will ship out the next business day. 

  • If you place your order on Friday before 12:30 pm you will get it next BUSINESS Day which will be Monday.

UPS SHIPPING

By request, we are now offering UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air services to our customers.

  • For UPS Ground, orders take 24-48 hours to be processed and take 1-5 business days to be delivered depending on your area. Our site gives you an ESTIMATE on how many days it will take to be delivered to your area. 

  • Please be ADVISED that this does not count the processing times (24-48 business hours and closed Saturday and Sunday). 

  • We ship out orders Monday-Friday and are closed on weekends. 

  • Ground shipping is not a guaranteed service, meaning even if our website estimate says 1 day it might not get to you in 1 day as there can be delays due to bad weather or holidays.

UPS Next Day Air

  • Service IS GUARANTEED; however, orders must be placed BEFORE our cut off time which is 12:30 pm Est time. 

  • If you place your order after 12:30 pm Est time, your order will ship out next business day.

  • If you place your order on Friday before 12:30 pm you will get it next BUSINESS Day which will be Monday. 

  • Our warehouse is closed on weekends therefore any orders placed after 12:30 Pm Est on Fridays and throughout the weekend will ship out on Monday.

International Shipping

  • We offer USPS International Shipping. 

  • All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. 

  • USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information will not be available at the time of purchase.  As a result, it will take 1-2 days for the customer to receive it. 

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to the large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Allure Envy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). 

  • Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. If you insured your package with ROUTE you are covered in these situations.

  • IMPORTANT* If you don't receive your package and the tracking doesn't say delivered, please reach out to us within 45 days of the date of shipping. 

  • We CANNOT file a claim with USPS after that date. They have a strict time limit on case filings and if it is past this date, they will not let us open a claim, therefore we cannot replace the package or issue a refund.   

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We Understand Ordering Online can sometimes be a bit overwhelming, so we are here to Make Your Online Shopping Experience as Easy as Possible. We Are Happy to Accept Your Returns for A Store Credit to Be Used Towards A Future Purchase.

Return Guidelines

  1. ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THEIR ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A STORE CREDIT. RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.

  2. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED. ANY RETURNED ITEMS THAT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED, OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY WILL RESULT IN A 15% FEE OR INELIGIBILITY TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT.  

  3. BODYSUITS AND SWIMSUITS ARE FINAL SALE.

  4. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED, STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE SUBTOTAL AMOUNT.

  5. IF YOUR ITEM WAS DAMAGED/INCORRECT UPON RECEIPT EMAIL allure.envy@yahoo.com WITHIN 6HRS OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE WITH PHOTO PROOF. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN OUR INABILITY TO REPLACE YOUR ITEM.

  6. ALL ITEMS ARE RETURNED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE A NOTE INSIDE THE RETURN PACKAGE WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR THE RETURN.

  7. A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE RETURNED PACKAGE MUST BE OBTAINED BY THE CUSTOMER IN CASE THE PACKAGE IS LOST ON ITS WAY BACK TO ALLURE ENVY. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN US NOT BEING ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.

  8. ANY RETURNED ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR TERMS WILL BE DISCARDED UPON RECEIPT.

  9. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND NOT APPLICABLE TO YOUR STORE CREDIT.
